- Website Shirts Collection: The shirts available on our website typically have a processing time of 10-14 business days before they are ready for dispatch.
- Customize Design Shirt Orders: For custom-designed shirt orders, the processing time is also 10-14 business days. These shirts are tailored according to your specific design preferences.
- Urgent Orders: If you require your order urgently, we offer expedited processing with a turnaround time of 5 to 7 business days. Please note that additional courier charges will apply for urgent orders.
- Advance Payments for Urgent Orders: Full advance payment is required for urgent orders to ensure timely delivery.
Important Notes:
- Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, our sales team will contact you for confirmation before proceeding with production.
- Courier Responsibility: Once your order is dispatched with a traceable tracking ID, the courier company is responsible for delivering the parcel to the provided destination.
- Delays and Returns: Delays or returns of parcels may occur due to rescheduling by the courier company riders, initiated by the customer.
- Resending Return Parcels: If a parcel is returned to us for any reason, we can resend it upon receiving full advance payment from the customer.
- Opening Parcels for Inspection: Customers who wish to open and inspect the item before making payment are requested to contact us first. We will coordinate with the courier company accordingly.
Our Courier Service:
We have partnered with Trax Courier for our Cash on Delivery (COD) services and regular deliveries within Pakistan. However, please note that there are certain remote or unreachable areas where our courier service cannot provide COD services. These areas include:
- Balochistan
- Gilgit
- Azad Kashmir
- Remote villages in Punjab, Sindh, and KPK
For customers residing in these remote areas, if they wish to place an order, they will need to make a full advance payment, including courier charges, through alternative courier services such as LCS, TCS, or M&P.
